Google Antigravity’s v2.21.1 release, dated October 7, adds conversation search, gives scheduled agent work a new Automations surface, and groups agent actions into a collapsible row. Separately, Google’s workflow documentation warns that legacy workflows stop working on October 19, 2026. The desktop changelog says releases roll out gradually and may take a few days to reach everyone. (https://antigravity.google/docs/changelog/; https://antigravity.google/docs/ide/workflows/)
Agentic development platform powered by Gemini for autonomous coding
Search, automation setup, and grouped actions
Use ⌘K on macOS or Ctrl+K on Windows to search conversations by their contents. The former Scheduled Tasks tab is now called Automations: users can run an automation immediately with Run Now, schedule it, or choose Create with Prompt to get help from the agent setting one up. Antigravity also groups file edits, terminal commands, and file reads between agent replies into a collapsible row with a short summary. (https://antigravity.google/docs/changelog/)
Legacy workflow cutoff has passed
Google's published October 19, 2026 cutoff date for legacy workflows has passed. Its workflow documentation says the older workflows will stop working after that date, but does not specify their exact post-cutoff behavior. Google documents /migrate-workflows as the path for converting workflows into skills; review the current migration guidance and generated skills before relying on them in an unattended workflow. October 13: Gemini 4 Argon rolls out
Google announced Gemini 4 Argon for the Antigravity app and CLI, with availability dependent on eligible subscriptions. The announcement describes the product rollout but does not establish that every Antigravity account receives access at the same time. Check Google's current post and account controls for eligibility. (https://antigravity.google/blog/gemini-4-argon-in-google-antigravity)
October 29: Plugin Marketplace submissions open
Antigravity's Plugin Marketplace is open to public submissions. Google says it integrates with more than 20 apps across deployment, CI, code review, security, monitoring, and project management; submissions go through a review before listing. The marketplace page does not describe a specific relationship to GitHub-synced repositories.
